Exchanges

Gifted Items

How to Return a Product
- Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please follow these steps: a) Contact our customer service by email at [email protected] b) Provide your full name, order details, and the reason for the return.
- Return Address: After receiving authorization, return the product in its original, unopened packaging to our registered address: Plot 5336, Block 2, Mogoditshane.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. The cost of returning the product is at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method.
- Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or warranty claim, the product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition for resale.
- Defective Products: If you are returning a product due to a defect covered by our warranty, the return charge will be at your expense until the reported fault is investigated and confirmed by Bite Free. If the return is accepted, the goods must be returned within 30 days and must not be used until inspected.
